• Apple Login: We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. We do not collect or store your email address or name from Apple. Your Apple ID is only used for login authentication and not linked to personally identifiable information within our app.

• Uploaded Images: You may upload images to generate coloring pages. These images are uploaded to our secure cloud storage to facilitate image processing and to allow recovery in case of connection loss or accidental deletion of the app.

• Generated Images: When you use our app's AI-powered features, your images may be processed by third-party AI services solely for the purpose of image generation.

• Analytics and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain usage data to understand how users interact with the app and to improve your experience. This includes app events (such as screen views, feature usage, and session duration), device identifiers, general location data (country/region), and in-app behavior used to analyze user journeys and conversion funnels.

• Purchase Data: When you purchase credits through the app, we store transaction records including product identifiers, transaction IDs, and credit balances. This data is used solely to manage your credit balance and ensure accurate delivery of purchased credits across your devices. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details.  

• To allow you to generate images using our AI-based services.

• To temporarily store your uploaded and generated images, ensuring you don't lose access due to technical issues.

• To analyze app usage patterns and user journeys through conversion funnels, helping us understand which features and flows are most valuable.

• To improve the app experience based on aggregated behavioral insights.

• Cloud Storage: Uploaded and generated images are securely stored on our cloud servers to ensure recovery is possible.

• Account Deletion: All stored user account information and images are deleted automatically after 30 days of entering the Account Deletion process. You can delete your account in the menu of the ColorInMe! app.

• Analytics Data: Analytics data collected through Firebase is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies. Aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for trend analysis.

• No Personal Information: We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your name or email address.

• Third-Party AI Providers: Used to generate images from your prompts or uploaded files. These services process your images solely for feature delivery.

• Google Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data and track in-app events and user funnels. This data helps us understand how users move through the app and where experience improvements can be made. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage signals in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

• Google Ads: We use Google Ads in conjunction with Firebase to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. This integration allows us to track campaign-driven installs and in-app conversion events (such as completing a coloring page or reaching key app milestones) to evaluate the success of our ad spend.

• You may delete your images at any time within the app.

• You may opt out of analytics tracking where applicable through your device privacy settings.

We implement security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. Uploaded content is stored securely and is only accessible by your Apple Account.

Our app is designed for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. We will notify users of any changes by updating the effective date above and making the revised policy available in the app.
